This is false. He has only made appearances in three of the films. Louis Doyle played the role in Chamber of Secrets and Goblet of Fire. Jamie Marks played the role in Deathly Hallows: Part 2.
Since he is in the same year as Harry Potter, he was around for a lot more stuff in the books as compared to the movies.

This is false as he is actually in the same year as Harry Potter. They both started Hogwarts at the same year and had many classes together during their time at school.
4) What animal does Ernie’s Patronus take the form of?
Ernie’s Patronus takes the form of a a boar. This was revealed during the Battle of Hogwarts, when he helped out Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger by driving off a group of Dementors (this was done alongside Luna Lovegood and Seamus Finnigan).
5) What is the name of the actor who is best known for playing Ernie in the Harry Potter movies?
Louis Doyle is the name of the actor who is best known for playing the role. He played the role in Chamber of Secrets and Goblet of Fire. He also voiced the role in the Order of the Phoenix video game (but didn’t appear in the film). Other than those 3 things, Doyle doesn’t have any other acting credits on IMDB.
An actor named Jamie Marks is credited with playing the role of Ernie in Deathly Hallows: Part 2 but it looks like he just appears as a background character and that is it.
