Seraphina Picquery was the head of MACUSA during the films.
She was played by Carmen Ejogo, who you might recognize from films like Selma (2014) and Roman J. Israel, Esq (2017).
5) What is the name of the Head of MACUSA’s Department of Magical Law Enforcement, who Gellert Grindelwald impersonated during the first film?
Percival Graves is the head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement in the film. It is later revealed to be Gellert Grindelwald, who was impersonating Graves.
Graves was played by Colin Farrell, who is known for his roles in things like Minority Report (2002), Daredevil (2003), and The Banshees of Inisherin (2022).
